The tool is great. You pull the green handle of the syringe, place the tablet in the best position on the tip of the white rubber, between the gap, and "inject" the tablet directly into the animal's throat, as if it were a liquid medication. It's a bit difficult to place the pads on the silicone tip. They come in pairs, one with two cuts and the other whole.
You have to introduce it a lot for the dog to swallow it, but that's my issue.
